Shanghai lead returned to the top of 10,000, the purchase price of waste batteries did not continue to fall; the status quo of reducing lead smelting continued to be difficult to make a profit, superimposed the impact of pollution control in Henan and other places, resulting in the production of a small number of local refineries once again into a stalemate, Henan, Anhui and other places show signs of tension in the supply of reduced lead; and trading in the renewable refined lead market has not seen a significant improvement.
