SHANGHAI, Jan. 19 (SMM) – Zhengzhou Longxiang Aluminum Co. took 62,500-tpy outdated aluminum production lines offline permanently in 2014, the provincial government of Henan said in its website on January 16.
The company is the only aluminum smelter in Henan – China’s major aluminum producing regions – that was ordered to idle cost-inefficient capacity.
