






SHANGHAI, Sept. 17 (SMM) -- North China, today #1 scrap copper was traded at RMB 45,400-45,700/mt, traders sold more goods along with growing scrap copper prices, and downstream purchasing interest in stock replenishment was moderate, resulting in relatively brisk trading sentiment.
East China, today #1 scrap copper was traded at RMB 45,600-45,900/mt, market supply was ample, while downstream consumers purchased on an as-needed basis, leaving unchanged trading volumes.
South China, today #1 scrap copper was traded at RMB 46,100-46,300/mt, the growing prices stimulated cargo-holders to move goods, while the buyers were not confident in price outlook, resulting in general trading sentiment.
