






SHANGHAI, Sept. 9 (SMM) -- North China, today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 45,500-45,800/mt, sharp increases in copper prices stimulated traders’ incentives in cargo movement, leaving increased market supply as a result. However, downstream purchasing interest remained low, so transactions were still weak.
East China, today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 45,400-45,700/mt, cargo-holders were active in moving goods, but downstream manufacturers were cautious with regard to higher copper prices, resulting in limited trading volume.
South China, today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 46,500-46,700/mt, downstream inquiries were up, but market concerns over copper prices curbs actual trading volume. Overall trading sentiment improved.
