Noble Mineral Exploration’s HSP Project in Quebec Shows Anomalous Nickel, Cobalt, Chromium and Vanadium Values

Noble Mineral Exploration has announced the analytical results of 25 rock samples collected from its Havre-Saint-Pierre (HSP) Project in the Côte-Nord region of Quebec, Canada. The results showed that 15 samples returned iron values exceeding the laboratory’s upper analytical limit of 30% Fe, alongside anomalous concentrations of nickel, cobalt, chromium and vanadium. Nickel values reached up to 500 ppm, cobalt up to 187 ppm, chromium up to 922 ppm, and vanadium up to 1,710 ppm, equivalent to approximately 0.305% V₂O₅. The company believes that the association of iron with nickel, cobalt, chromium and vanadium may indicate the presence of iron oxide-rich mafic or ultramafic rocks, suggesting potential for further critical mineral exploration. Follow-up mineralogical and geochemical investigations are planned to determine the nature, distribution and potential economic significance of the mineralization.
