Liqi Intelligent: Company officially signs 2 billion yuan investment cooperation agreement

Gotion High-tech announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Gotion Spain intends to sign the Phase I Dry Room General Contracting Contract and Phase II Engineering General Contracting Contract for the "Annual 29.1 GWh Lithium Battery Project" with PowerCo Spain, a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, with a total contract value of 1.094 billion euros. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.

Recently, Lead Intelligent Equipment's new-generation mass-production dry coating equipment was successfully delivered to a global integrated lithium battery manufacturer. The equipment delivered this time is a deeply iterated model with an equipment architecture completed to meet the needs of industrial large-scale production, equipped with a multi-dimensional intelligent control system that enables online adjustment of inter-roll pressure, speed, temperature, and roll gap.

It also stressed the need to focus on important areas and key links in AI innovation applications, accelerate reform breakthroughs, strive to innovate scenario application mechanisms, concentrate on building a number of scenario display platforms, work intensively to optimize the innovation ecosystem, strengthen the supply of production factors, continuously improve regulatory systems and mechanisms, and firmly uphold the bottom line of safety to promote the high-quality development of artificial intelligence.
