China Unveils 15th Five-Year Plan for New-Type Battery Industry Focusing on Innovation and Upgrading

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and seven other departments jointly issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the New-Type Battery Industry. The Plan focuses on 19 key tasks across five areas: accelerating innovation across the entire chain, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, improving industrial system development, enhancing industrial technology service capabilities, and elevating the quality and level of trade and investment cooperation.
