[Steel Billet] FOB export prices of square billets are steady for the day, with quotations at Jiangyin Port ranging from USD 465–470/tonne. Shipping schedules for export orders are mainly for November. Market surveys indicate exporters are inclined to offer discounts, with slightly wider room for price concessions. However, overseas demand shows divergence. Construction activity in some markets remains sluggish, which prevents a notable pickup in purchasing demand, leading to mediocre transaction volumes.
