New Aluminum Era issued an announcement stating that, according to the Business License and other relevant documents issued by the Dongguan Municipal Market Supervision Administration on August 28, 2026, as of August 31, the 100% equity of Dongguan Honglian Electronics Co., Ltd., held by Chen Wang and 19 other counterparties, has been fully transferred and registered under the company's name. The transfer of Honglian Electronics has been completed, and Honglian Electronics has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. New Aluminum Era's main business is the research, development, production, and sales of aluminum alloy components for new energy vehicle battery systems, while Honglian Electronics' main business is the research, development, production, and sales of monitor brackets and bases, precision stamped parts, and structural components.

On August 31, the groundbreaking ceremony for Lixin Aluminum's annual production of 10 million precision parts project was successfully held. Officials from the "Revitalizing Luozhuang, Returning to a 100 Billion Yuan Industry" command center and the district's supervisory office attended the ceremony to oversee the project's construction and support its implementation. Located in Nantou Village, Ceshan Street, Luozhuang District, the project covers 135 acres and represents a total investment of 520 million yuan. It is a key real economy project for Luozhuang District, extending the aluminum industry value chain and developing high-end precision manufacturing, playing a significant role in promoting regional industrial transformation and upgrading. The project plans to construct eight standardized production workshops, focusing on two core production lines: high-end automotive parts and agricultural and forestry plant protection machinery parts. Simultaneously, it will be equipped with supporting public works and auxiliary facilities to build a large-scale, standardized, and intelligent production system. The project is equipped with advanced production equipment such as fully automated die-casting islands, high-precision machining centers, shot blasting machines, passivation lines, intelligent cleaning lines, and automated drying tunnels, demonstrating a high level of intelligence and automation, which will significantly improve product precision and production efficiency.

Recently, Yongzhen Co., Ltd.'s independently developed 6D05 aluminum alloy grade successfully passed the review of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nonferrous Metals, officially completing the national grade registration and being included in the national nonferrous metal alloy grade system. The development of the 6D05 alloy was led by the Yongzhen Research Institute, with the research team covering multiple professional areas including material composition design, extrusion process, testing and verification, and standardization application. In June 2024, the 6D05 alloy officially started large-scale production, simultaneously advancing downstream customer testing and verification. On November 26, 2025, Yongzhen completed the preparation of a complete set of technical documents, third-party testing reports, sales certificates, application effect descriptions, and other materials, and submitted an application for registration of the nonferrous metal and alloy grade to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nonferrous Metals. From April 20 to July 20, 2026, the grade application entered the national public announcement stage. On August 7, 2026, after review and approval by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nonferrous Metals, the 6D05 grade was officially registered. The 6D05 alloy is an innovative design based on the traditional 6005 aluminum alloy, which achieves a comprehensive improvement in material performance through the empowerment of trace elements.
