On August 25th, Wanfeng Auto Wheel released its 2026 semi-annual report. The company's operating revenue was 7.481 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.2%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 418 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.5%. During the reporting period, the automotive metal parts lightweighting business achieved operating revenue of 6.37 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.18%. Despite facing challenges such as rising raw material costs and intensified market competition, the company ensured its steady and sustainable development by optimizing its customer structure and increasing the supply of products to high-value-added customers. Regarding the general aviation aircraft innovative manufacturing business, the report shows that this business achieved operating revenue of 1.11 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 22.76%. This decline was mainly due to fluctuating international trade policies and geopolitical influences, leading to extended delivery cycles for some orders. The company continues to promote the development of new models in this field and strengthens market expansion, especially in the private aircraft market, to enhance its overall brand competitiveness.

On August 24, the Baotou Yihe Rare Earth Aluminum Technology Materials Co., Ltd. held a commissioning ceremony for its 20,000-ton-per-year copper-clad aluminum enameled wire project.

According to its semi-annual report, in the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 23.923 billion, a year-on-year increase of 19.96% (adjusted); net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 5.293 billion, a year-on-year increase of 49.13% (adjusted); and basic earnings per share were RMB 1.79.
