[Auto Conference] Jincheng Precision Casting Invites You to Gather at SMM ASCC2026 (8th) Automotive Supply Chain Conference

Published: Aug 25, 2026 10:33

The global automotive industry is accelerating its low-carbon and intelligent transformation, and China’s automotive industry is moving from scale advantages toward dual leadership in technology and the supply chain. In 2025, NEV penetration rate in China exceeded 50, driving upgrades in automotive materials such as aluminum, steel, and magnesium, and triggering a surge in demand for lightweight new materials. Coupled with the implementation of the EU carbon tariff, low-carbon upgrading across the industry chain has become urgent. Coinciding with the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan and the deepening phase of the dual-carbon goals, the industry urgently needs a professional platform to tackle material technology challenges.

Against this backdrop, will be held September 10-11, 2026 in Shanghai. SMM together with Suzhou Jincheng Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd. cordially invites industry peers to attend, helping drive the automotive supply chain toward deeper evolution in greener, lighter, smarter, and more global directions.

Click to attend; we look forward to meeting you at the conference.

Suzhou Jincheng Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd. was established in October 2006, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. The company specializes in precision die-casting processing projects for parts used in automobiles, communications, PV and new energy, aviation, and other sectors. In October 2022, it established Xuzhou Jincheng Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary. It has now formed three core production sites: the Suzhou headquarters plant, the Suzhou Weitang plant, and the Xuzhou Economic Development Zone plant. Total assets have exceeded 1 billion yuan. The company has more than 800 advanced precision machining centers, 60 production lines of fully automatic cold-chamber die-casting machines ranging from 180 to 4000 mt, and dozens of large precision measuring instruments and equipment. It has R&D, production, and precision machining capabilities for an annual output of 50,000 mt of aluminum alloy parts, achieving economies of scale in production.

Over the years, the company has led production through technology, positioning itself around “high quality,” and emphasizing product quality and R&D. With nearly 20 years of industry experience and technology, it holds multiple patents and innovative processes in areas such as mold design and manufacturing technology, die-casting process technology, semi-solid lightweighting new processes, and precision CNC machining technology. It operates the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and the Suzhou Municipal Engineering Technology Center, and has been repeatedly recognized among China’s Top 50 die-casting parts producers by overall strength. Products such as filter cavities, NEV controller housings, automotive engine blocks, and three-in-one motor housings have repeatedly won “Gold Award” honors in evaluations within China’s casting industry. The new products developed and manufactured by the company—communications filter cavities, automotive transmission housings, engine blocks, core pump bodies, NEV three-in-one motor housings, controller enclosures, as well as PV inverters and energy storage devices—have gained strong market recognition.
