[Steel Billet] Today's FOB prices for square billets remain stable, with Jiangyin Port quoted at USD 448–454 per ton. Most shipment orders are concentrated in October. According to market feedback, current export prices are mostly basis quotes, with limited room for further decline. Overseas markets are primarily driven by rigid demand, and inquiry and transaction activities are generally moderate.
