[Renewables: ABB invests in LevelTen Energy to expand clean power procurement services]

ABB has formed a strategic partnership and made a minority investment in US-based clean-energy transaction platform LevelTen Energy. Financial details were not disclosed. LevelTen said it has facilitated more than 20GW of clean energy transactions across over 35 markets in North America and Europe, including PPAs. The partnership will combine LevelTen’s clean energy contracting and renewable procurement capabilities with ABB’s expertise in electrification, digital solutions and energy management.

[SMM PV News] Chongqing's installed wind and solar power generation capacity exceeded 10 million kW

According to State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, Chongqing's total installed wind and PV power capacity exceeded 10 million kW, reaching 10.39 million kW, up more than 17% from the end of 2025 and accounting for more than 23%, as the energy mix accelerates its shift toward clean and low-carbon. As of the end of July, Chongqing's distributed PV installed capacity reached 5.25 million kW, accounting for more than half of the total installed wind and PV capacity.
