LG Energy Solution to Purchase More Than KRW 5 Trillion of LFP Cathode Materials From China’s Lopal Tech

Lopal Tech announced in a filing on August 6 that it signed an LFP cathode materials supply contract with LG Energy Solution.

The contract period runs for three years, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. The annual transaction cap is RMB 9 billion (about KRW 1.9 trillion), bringing the total contract value to RMB 27 billion (about KRW 5.7 trillion).
