Codrus Moves to Acquire EdgeMet and Add Copper-Molybdenum Assets

Codrus Minerals has agreed to acquire EdgeMet, adding the Copperhole Creek project in Queensland and the Tiquihua copper-molybdenum project in Peru. Codrus is also seeking to raise up to A$2.5 million to fund the acquisition and exploration. Completion remains subject to shareholder approval.
