National Energy Administration released H1 2026 national EV charging facility data

According to data from the National Charging Facility Monitoring Service Platform, as of the end of June 2026, the total number of EV charging infrastructure (guns) in China reached 23.057 million units, up 43.2% YoY. Among these, public charging facilities (guns) totaled 5.009 million units, up 22.3% YoY; private charging facilities (guns) totaled 18.048 million units, up 50.4% YoY.

Today, spot #1 copper cathode in North China against the front-month contract was reported at average premiums of 40 yuan/mt to 130 yuan/mt, with an average premium of 85 yuan/mt, down 10 yuan/mt from the previous trading day. The average transaction price was 105,035 yuan/mt, down 25 yuan/mt from the previous trading day.
