[Vietnam] Vietnam’s import HRC market remained sluggish, with Indonesian SAE1006 HRC offers steady at USD 525/tonne CFR and mainstream ASEAN HRC prices around USD 530/tonne CFR. Vietnamese buyers showed limited interest, with bids near USD 520/tonne CFR. Weak seasonal demand and high inventories kept downstream buyers focused on destocking, leaving near-term sentiment cautious.
