Chinese Secondary Lead Smelter Plans Phased Suspension Amid Market Weakness

[Secondary Lead Production Updates]A secondary lead smelter in east China, affected by weakening market conditions and losses on production, plans to suspend production in phases. The relevant plan has been submitted to headquarters for approval. If approved, the enterprise will finalise the specific suspension and resumption dates by the end of this month.
