[SMM Stainless Steel Flash] Fagor Arrasate Acquires Stainless Steel Processor Herpasa

Spanish technology manufacturer Fagor Arrasate has expanded its coil processing capabilities by acquiring Herpasa, a stainless steel tank manufacturer based in Castellbisbal, following the conclusion of the latter's insolvency proceedings. Fagor Arrasate stated that its immediate priority is to ensure continuity of Herpasa's ongoing projects while providing the resources and sales network needed to develop the business further. The entire workforce will be retained and strengthened to preserve the specialist expertise associated with the brand. No financial terms were disclosed.
