Faraday Copper has signed a definitive agreement to acquire BHP’s San Manuel property in Arizona, adjacent to its Copper Creek project. Upon closing, BHP is expected to receive an approximately 30% fully diluted equity interest in Faraday, becoming a strategic shareholder. The combined assets could form one of the largest undeveloped copper districts in the United States.
