Jinko Solar secured a 448.7 MW module procurement order from China Energy Group.

On June 22, the winning bid result for the public tender of PV module equipment procurement for the Dadu River Company’s Ganluo Phase II PV power generation project was announced. The winning enterprise was Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., with a unit price of 0.765 Yuan/W. The tender announcement indicated that the scope of this tender covers the PV module equipment procurement for the Ganluo Phase II PV power generation project (448.7087MWp), including but not limited to series connectors for matching modules, spare parts and special tools, PV module factory tests, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, installation guidance, and cooperation in project plan optimization, on-site commissioning and testing, participation in trial operation, and completion acceptance. The project does not accept consortium bids or bids from agents.

The tender announcement stated that the scope of this tender was the procurement of PV module equipment (448.7087 MWp) for the Ganluo Phase II PV power generation project, including but not limited to supporting module connection plugs, spare parts and special tools, factory testing, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, installation guidance, as well as assistance in project scheme optimization, on-site commissioning and testing, participation in trial operation, and completion acceptance. The project does not accept consortium bids or bids from agents.

The delivery date is tentatively scheduled to commence on June 20, 2026, and all PV module deliveries for this project are to be completed before September 30, 2026. The specific supply quantities and timing are subject to the written notice from the project unit.

In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Handling Complaints on the 12398 Energy Regulatory Hotline and the Measures for Handling Reports on the 12398 Energy Regulatory Hotline, the handling of complaints and reports received via the 12398 Energy Regulatory Hotline (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotline") in May 2026 is hereby notified as follows. In May 2026, the Hotline platform received 1,832 complaints. By content, the complaints mainly focused on electricity connection applications, outage repairs, line safety, and other aspects (see the chart below for details). By the entity complained against, 1,368 complaints involved State Grid Corporation of China, 344 involved China Southern Power Grid, 42 involved Inner Mongolia Power Group, 75 involved local power enterprises, and 3 involved incremental distribution enterprises.
