However, production at other enterprises in the region edged up slightly, with supply and demand factors offsetting each other, and the overall operating rate in Hunan edged up. In Yunnan, smelter production remained stable, with operating rates maintained at last week's level. Smelters in other regions operated normally, with operating rates flat WoW.
