Li Auto released its Q1 2026 financial report. Quarterly revenue reached RMB 23 billion, with cash reserves at RMB 94.3 billion by the end of the quarter, maintaining a leading position among new energy vehicle startups. The company delivered 95,142 vehicles in Q1, a 2.5% year-on-year increase, exceeding its guidance and ranking first among Chinese brands in the new energy vehicle market priced above RMB 200,000.

On July 29, Yongshan Lithium (603399.SH) announced that it plans to issue A-shares to specific investors, with total funds raised not exceeding RMB 500 million (inclusive). After deducting issuance expenses, the entire amount will be used to replenish working capital. The subscriber is Yonghong Investment, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of the company’s controlling shareholder Yongrong Zhisheng, and the subscription funds will come from its own funds and self‑raised funds. The number of shares to be issued shall not exceed 71,839,080 shares (inclusive), representing 14.02% of the total share capital before the issuance. The issuance price shall not be lower than 80% of the average trading price of the company’s shares over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date, with a lock‑up period of 18 months.
