Chalco Qinghai Branch Becomes First Zero-Carbon Aluminum Industrial Park in China

The China Industrial Energy Conservation and Clean Production Association organized experts to hold a zero-carbon industrial park review meeting on April 25, 2026. After the review, all experts unanimously agreed to rate the industrial park of Chalco Qinghai Branch as a demonstration-level zero-carbon industrial park. The park officially received the "Demonstration-Level Zero-Carbon Industrial Park" evaluation certificate issued by the China Industrial Energy Conservation and Clean Production Association, becoming the first industrial park in China's aluminum electrolysis industry to pass this evaluation.
