In response to the auto tariff threats made by US President Trump, European Commission President von der Leyen stated that the EU was prepared for "all scenarios." Previously, Trump had threatened to raise tariffs on EU cars exported to the US from 15% to 25%.

[SMM Flash] SHFE data shows that on July 22, total registered warrants for cast aluminum alloy stood at 18,183 mt, a decrease of 272 mt from the previous trading day. Specifically, Shanghai recorded 1,564 mt (down 31 mt), Guangdong 2,059 mt (down 29 mt), Jiangsu 4,166 mt (down 61 mt), Zhejiang 6,426 mt (down 91 mt), Chongqing 3,183 mt (down 60 mt), and Sichuan 785 mt (unchanged).
