[SMM PV News] POWERCHINA Advances 62 GW Procurement; GCL SI Pioneers Tandem Cell Standards

POWERCHINA announced shortlisted candidates for its 2026 procurement of 31 GW PV modules and 31 GW inverters, with module prices averaging RMB 0.738 to 0.760/W. Meanwhile, GCL SI partnered with universities to draft testing standards for 3-terminal silicon-perovskite tandem cells to overcome industrialization hurdles. Skyworth PV and Jingdong Property signed an agreement to co-develop distributed solar projects in logistics parks. In financial news, Hopewind reported a 32% YoY increase in FY2025 adjusted net profit to RMB 524.93 million. Lastly, Fengfan Power plans to sell a 60% stake in its loss-making wafer subsidiary, Jingying Solar, to refocus on its core business.
