






On January 23, 2026, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2026/468/AD30R1, pursuant to Resolution No. 4 of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated January 20, 2026, deciding to extend the anti-dumping measures on stainless steel welded pipes originating from China (Russian: Сварные трубы из коррозионностойкой стали) until November 12, 2026 (inclusive), with the measures remaining unchanged at rates of 14.62% to 17.28%. The announcement takes effect 30 days after its publication date (and not earlier than March 14, 2026).
On December 24, 2019, the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation on stainless steel welded pipes originating from China. On February 12, 2021, the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on the subject products, with Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. subject to a rate of 14.62%, and Guangdong Sumwin New Material Group Co., Ltd. and other Chinese producers subject to a rate of 17.28%, with the measures valid until March 13, 2026. On November 13, 2025, the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated a sunset review investigation on the case. The subject products are corrosion-resistant stainless steel welded pipes with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.4 to 0.006 millimeters and cross-sections that are circular, square, or rectangular, falling under Eurasian Economic Union tariff headings 7306 40 200 9, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 8, and 7306 61 100 9.
