[SMM News] On January 20, the "Trinasolar Distributed" official account released the latest guidance prices for distributed market PV modules.
According to the quoted prices, the price range for ordinary modules was 0.88–0.92 Yuan/W, while the price for lightweight single-glass modules had risen to 1.08–1.12 Yuan/W. This marked the second consecutive week that Trinasolar Distributed had increased module prices, representing an increase of 0.06 Yuan/W compared to the prices quoted on January 1.
On January 19, Trinasolar disclosed during an investor exchange event that the series of policy measures, including the cancellation of export tax rebates, would benefit top-tier enterprises in the industry, help protect innovation, and curb low-price competition. The company has already raised the guidance price for distributed module shipments and expressed confidence in module price increases for 2026.
The extent of the policy adjustments' impact on enterprises is directly related to the amount of export tax rebates they receive. After the Chinese Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration issued the tax rebate policy, significant market fluctuations occurred in the PV industry. Starting April 1, 2026, China will completely eliminate VAT export tax rebates for PV products.
