ACG Metal's Gediktepe Sulphide Expansion Project made strong progress in Q4 2025, achieving multiple construction and equipment milestones while remaining firmly on schedule.
Key developments include completion of primary crusher foundations, erection of structural steel, and installation of major components such as the jaw crusher, ROM feed bin and feeders. Foundations for the SAG and ball mills have been finalised, with structural steel erection for the mill building underway. Foundations for the flotation and filter buildings have also been completed, while tailings storage facility earthworks are progressing as planned.
All flotation tanks, scavenger cells and cleaner cells have been delivered to site, together with 1,300 tonnes of structural steel out of a planned total of 1,700 tonnes. The SAG and ball mills were completed and ready for factory testing by the end of 2025, with rubber lining and site delivery scheduled for January 2026. By far, the company is still expecting copper and zinc outputs by mid-2026.
