According to SMM research, as of January 15th, the total inventory across the 10 ports monitored by SMM stood at 115.69 million tones, a week-on-week increase of 1.05 million tones. Inventory accumulation was observed across all four major iron ore varieties, with lump ore exhibiting a relatively distinct build-up.
