SMM reported on January 8: According to official information obtained by SMM, Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co., Ltd. Copper Industry Company today initiated a public tender for 2 mt of tellurium ingots. Official information indicated that the quality of this batch of tellurium ingots complied with the Te99.95 standard. The base price for the tender was set at a discount of 20 yuan/kg. Storage location: plant warehouse. Transportation costs were to be borne by the buyer. The registration deadline was before 17:00 on January 14, 2026, and the bidding start time was 9:00 on January 15, 2026.
