Hot Rolled Coil Inventory for Week 2 of January 2025

This week, HRC social inventory stood at 2.4374 million mt, up 80,600 mt WoW, an increase of 3.42% WoW, up 29.66% YoY, and up 27.03% on a lunar calendar basis.

This week, HRC mill inventory was 1.0964 million mt, down 34,000 mt WoW, a decrease of 3.00% WoW, down 2.96% YoY, and down 0.87% on a lunar calendar basis.

This week, total HRC inventory reached 3.5338 million mt, up 46,700 mt WoW, an increase of 1.34% WoW, up 17.41% YoY, and up 16.83% on a lunar calendar basis.
