[SMM Flash Report: Full Production Upon Commissioning—Huaxing Rare Earth's Rare Earth Metal Production Line Fully Ignited] Recently, the final electrolysis furnace of Huaxing Rare Earth's expansion project for an annual output of 8,000 mt of rare earth metals was successfully ignited, marking the full commissioning of the project. With this, the company's annual rare earth metal capacity has increased to 11,200 mt, providing crucial support for China Northern Rare Earth's strategic layout in the rare earth metal sector. As an industry benchmark enterprise, Huaxing Rare Earth focuses on capacity enhancement while simultaneously advancing large-scale production and quality control upgrades. By introducing advanced equipment such as automatic weighing and feeding machines and intelligent online detection systems, the company has established a comprehensive, high-precision, and traceable quality control system. The first-pass yield of its products has remained consistently above 93%, earning market recognition for exceptional quality. The full operation of all 60 electrolysis furnaces represents a key achievement in Huaxing Rare Earth's continuous optimization of production processes and equipment upgrades, signifying the successful establishment of a leading large-scale and intensive production system in China.

[Pr-Nd and Dysprosium-Terbium Pull Back Across the Board, Metals Follow Lower with Stagnant Deals, Magnetic Material Long-Term Contracts Crowd Out Spot Orders] Yesterday, Pr-Nd oxide was pressured by weaker futures prices, with market wait-and-see sentiment rising. Suppliers' willingness to hold prices firm showed signs of easing, and quotes saw a slight correction. Downstream inquiries and purchases remained cautious, with actual transactions limited. Dysprosium oxide prices pulled back from highs, as downstream acceptance of high-priced supply was insufficient and inquiry activity declined, while suppliers showed a stronger willingness to sell at concessions. Terbium oxide prices also pulled back, with downstream purchasing cautious and overall market trading sentiment subdued.
