Sandfire and Havilah Advance Kalkaroo Copper-Gold Project Agreement

Sandfire Resources and Havilah Resources reported strong progress toward finalising definitive agreements to advance the Kalkaroo Copper-Gold Project in South Australia. Under the binding term sheet announced in November, Sandfire may earn up to an 80% interest in Kalkaroo through a two-stage earn-in structure.

The companies confirmed a short timetable extension, with Havilah’s shareholder meeting now expected no later than 16 February 2026, as transaction documentation approaches final form.
