Pasinex Resources confirmed completion of the share transfer for Horzum A.Ş., giving its Turkish subsidiary 100% ownership of the company operating the high-grade Pinargözü zinc mine in Adana Province, Türkiye. Corporate registrations have been finalized, with board reconstitution and updated governance to follow ahead of the 2026 operating plan.
At Pinargözü, production continues with surface zinc sulphide stockpiles rising to around 340 tonnes by late December. Recent work included construction of new loading and sorting areas, site infrastructure upgrades, and office renovations, while health and safety performance remained incident-free.
