The average operating rate of primary lead smelters in three provinces was 67.27% this week (December 24, 2025 - December 30, 2025), up 0.16 percentage points WoW.

This week, the operating rate in Henan remained stable, while primary lead production in Hunan saw a slight fluctuation and declined WoW. In Yunnan, smelters slightly increased production after maintenance resumed. Smelters in other regions maintained normal operations. In east China, one smelter continued to ramp up output after maintenance resumed, while another smelter, which had previously halted for maintenance, saw its maintenance recovery expectations delayed to mid-to-late January.
