On December 26, Aluminum Corporation of China International Limited (CHALCO International) announced that it had signed a project contract with an overseas client, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 14 billion. The announcement indicated that the client has strong performance capabilities. Neither the company nor its subsidiaries have any related-party relationship with this client. The company stated that the aforementioned project is part of its daily business operations, and the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction. The signing of the contract will contribute to the company's business development, and contract revenue will be recognized gradually according to the progress of performance. Contract performance will have a positive impact on the company's revenue. The performance of this contract will not affect the company's business independence, nor will it create dependence on the contract counterparty.
