Ningbo Sibei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Sibei Technology") plans to expand its production capacity of 4.5 million aluminum alloy die-casting parts per year at Plot 12, Uthai Banchang District, Ayutthaya Province, Thailand, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sibei Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sibei Thailand"), in accordance with its business development needs and overseas expansion strategy. The total investment of the project is RMB 400 million, including land purchase, factory construction, and equipment purchase. The funding sources are Sibei Technology through its three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Sibei Technology (Singapore) Co., Ltd., Sibei Technology (Singapore) Co., Ltd., and Sibei Technology (Singapore) Co., Ltd., by no more than RMB 240 million (which will be converted into equivalent US dollars at the actual exchange rate and paid abroad) and Sibei Thailand's own or self-raised funds. The specific investment amount and construction period will be determined by the Chairman based on the actual business development and will be provided according to the approval of relevant government authorities and actual funding needs.
