[SMM Tin News: Jingjiawei Subsidiary Completes Key Stages Including Tape-Out, Packaging, and Return of Edge-Side AI SoC Chip]
Jingjiawei announced that the CH37-series edge-side AI SoC chip, independently developed by its subsidiary Wuxi Chengheng Microelectronics Co., Ltd., has successfully completed key stages including tape-out, packaging, return, and power-on. After power-on, tests confirmed that its basic functions and core performance indicators—such as computing efficiency, module coordination, and stability—have met the design requirements, marking a phased breakthrough for the project. Subsequently, Chengheng Micro will accelerate efforts to optimize the chip's power consumption and conduct comprehensive performance tests to ensure the product meets mass production conditions as soon as possible.
