Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On December 2, Xiaomi EV announced that its cumulative deliveries have surpassed 500,000 units, a milestone reached in 20 months after the brand began handing over vehicles on April 3, 2024.

The company added that orders scheduled for delivery in 2025 have already exceeded the original full-year target of 350,000 vehicles, signaling stronger-than-expected demand as it heads into its first full year of sales.

According to figures released a day earlier, Xiaomi EV maintained monthly deliveries above 40,000 units in November. It marks the third consecutive month the brand has held that level since September, underscoring its rapid ramp-up and its resilience amid intensifying sector competition.

In line with its usual practice, Xiaomi EV did not disclose an exact monthly tally, saying only that November deliveries "continued to exceed 40,000."

The sustained performance over the past three months suggests the brand's early success is more than a short-lived surge. Xiaomi EV appears to have made tangible progress in both manufacturing capacity and market expansion. Maintaining delivery volumes at this scale, especially in China's increasingly crowded NEV sector, highlights its capabilities in production planning, quality assurance and supply-chain coordination.

The announcement follows a ceremony held on November 20 to mark the production of the 500,000th Xiaomi vehicle.

At the event, Xiaomi founder, chairman and CEO Lei Jun said the milestone demonstrated the company's end-to-end capabilities—from R&D and manufacturing to sales, delivery and after-sales service—and reflected broad consumer acceptance as the brand moves into its next phase of scaled operations.

Mr. Lei also projected that Xiaomi EV will deliver more than 400,000 vehicles in 2025, raising expectations for another year of rapid growth.
