【SMM Steel】Interpipe Supplies Pipes for New Biodiesel Plant in Spain

【SMM Steel】Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe has secured a "green" order to supply 350 tons of linepipes for a new second-generation biodiesel plant in southern Spain. The facility, owned by a major Spanish energy company, will produce fuel from used cooking oil and agricultural waste. Interpipe delivered pipes ranging from 203.2 mm to 355.6 mm diameter meeting ASTM A-106 GR 6 standard, to be used as fuel conduction pipelines. The company's Pipe Sales Manager for European Markets stated this represents Interpipe's first project in this growing niche, reflecting its strategy to expand into new market segments driven by Europe's decarbonization goals.
