Toyota's October Global Sales Hit Record, US Surges While China Declines

[SMM Automaker Production and Sales Data Update] Toyota Motor released its latest sales data: global sales in October reached 922,700 units, a 2.1% increase compared to the same period last year, setting a new record for the same period. By region, the US market performed strongly with sales surging 26.4%; however, in the Chinese market, sales declined by 6.6% to 160,900 units.
