Successful Operation of TISCO Hot Rolling Mill Heating Furnace Oxygen-Enriched Combustion Project

After continuous efforts, the oxygen-enriched combustion renovation project for the heating furnace of TISCO Stainless Steel Hot Rolling Mill's 2250mm production line has recently been fully put into operation. The achievement of this critical period marks a significant breakthrough for the plant in the fields of energy conservation, emission reduction, and energy structure optimization, injecting strong momentum into TISCO's green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.

Upon full implementation of the project, the energy savings of the 2250mm production line heating furnace will exceed 12%, achieving an annual coal gas saving of 600,000 GJ. Based on current energy prices, the annual energy cost reduction will exceed 10 million yuan, realizing a win-win situation for both environmental protection benefits and economic gains.
