On 24 November, China Coal Energy released its 2026 photovoltaic module (N-type TOPCon) centralised procurement project announcement. The notice specifies procurement of N-type TOPCon modules with cell dimensions of 182mm or larger, module efficiency of 22.7% or higher, and a procurement capacity of 3GW.
For bidders, China Coal requires that the bidder must be the manufacturer of the bid products (providing a manufacturer's declaration). From 1 January 2022 to the bid submission deadline (as determined by the contract signing date), the bidder must have sales performance for the same type of product (N-type TOPCon cell modules) with a cumulative contracted total capacity of no less than 3GW.
