Customs data shows that in October, China's copper plate/sheet and strip export market continued to expand, reaching 99 countries and regions. South Korea, Vietnam, and Taiwan, China ranked as the top three export destinations with volumes of 1,437 mt, 1,401 mt, and 933 mt, respectively, posting YoY growth rates of 31.7%, 6.9%, and 47.2%, becoming the core drivers boosting export growth for the month. In addition, the Singapore market performed remarkably, with exports surging 139.7% YoY, ranking 10th. Meanwhile, the Thai market was under pressure, with exports totaling only 264 mt for the month, down 30.3% YoY.
