Leapmotor delivered a robust set of results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting a net profit of 150 million yuan—its latest consecutive quarter in the black.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Leapmotor delivered a robust set of results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting a net profit of 150 million yuan—its latest consecutive quarter in the black.

The automaker handed over more than 170,000 vehicles during the quarter, more than doubling its volume from a year earlier, while revenue surged nearly 97% year-on-year to 19.45 billion yuan. Gross margin climbed to 14.5%, marking a significant improvement, and the company ended the quarter with a strong cash position of 33.92 billion yuan alongside positive operating and free cash flow.

The company also announced that it had already hit its 2025 full-year sales target of 500,000 units by mid-November, well ahead of schedule. With momentum building, Leapmotor now plans to push toward a landmark goal of one million vehicles sold in 2026.

Leapmotor's steady profitability this quarter was underpinned by a wave of new product launches. Its C11 SUV, introduced in 2021 and now approaching 300,000 units in cumulative sales, continues to anchor the brand. A refreshed version debuted in July, helping the model surpass 11,000 units in October alone.

The B01 sedan, positioned as a premium intelligent sedan, went on sale in late July and has recorded monthly sales above 10,000 units since the month after launch, further bolstering Leapmotor's expanding portfolio.

Leapmotor also showcased the Lafa5, a sleek fastback-style sports sedan, at the IAA MOBILITY 2025 in September. The model opened for pre-orders on November 7 and is slated to enter the Chinese market later this month before making its global debut in the second quarter of 2026.

On October 16, the company unveiled the D19 in Shanghai—its first model on the flagship D Platform. Marketed as bringing "million-yuan technology to the 300,000-yuan segment," the D19 serves as Leapmotor's top-end showcase for advanced intelligent features and premium design.

The upcoming Auto Guangzhou will host the debut of the A10, the first model in Leapmotor's new A Series. With the addition of the A and D Series alongside the existing B and C lineups, the company now completes its full A-to-D product architecture, offering a broader and more diversified portfolio across multiple segments.

Leapmotor's global footprint continued to expand rapidly. The company exported 17,397 vehicles in the third quarter, bringing its total exports for the first nine months of 2025 to 37,772 units. Its models performed particularly well in several European markets—including Germany, Italy, and France—ranking among the top three Chinese NEV brands by sales in key segments. Overseas registrations rose roughly 50% quarter-on-quarter, and October customer sign-ups more than doubled from September.

As of September 30, Leapmotor International operated more than 700 sales and service outlets across about 30 overseas markets, including over 650 in Europe, more than 50 in Asia-Pacific, and over 30 in South America.

On November 4, the company launched the C10 and B10 models in Brazil, with the C10 already entering the market. Leapmotor now counts more than 30 retail locations in the country and will showcase its lineup at the São Paulo Motor Show later this month, marking its formal entry into South America.

Looking ahead, Leapmotor plans to accelerate its localization strategy in 2026. The company expects to complete its first localized production program in Malaysia in the first half of the year, beginning with the C10, and aims to establish a localized footprint in Europe before year-end.
