SMM: Secondary Lead Smelters' Weekly Operating Rate Falls in 4 Provinces During Nov 7-13, 2025

During the period from November 7, 2025, to November 13, 2025, the SMM weekly operating rate for secondary lead smelters in four provinces was 48.24%, down 2.41 percentage points WoW. In Anhui, the operating rate of secondary lead producers increased as local smelters ramped up production after resuming operations. In Henan, environmental protection-related controls affected the arrival of raw materials, leading to a decline in the dismantling volume of waste lead-acid batteries, and the regional operating rate dropped by 7.94 percentage points. Production conditions at smelters in Jiangsu and Inner Mongolia showed relatively small changes.
