Beijing (Gasgoo)- On Nov. 12, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that Seyond Holdings Ltd. ("Seyond"), a provider of image-grade LiDAR solutions, has officially passed its listing hearing, marking a major step toward its public offering.

According to its latest prospectus, Seyond delivered approximately 181,000 automotive-grade LiDAR units in the first nine months of 2025, up 7.7% year-on-year. From the fourth quarter of 2024 to the third quarter of 2025, the company achieved four consecutive quarters of positive gross profit, demonstrating initial success in operational efficiency and refined cost management.

Seyond's flagship Falcon LiDAR has achieved cumulative deliveries of over 600,000 units as of the third quarter of 2025, validating both its high performance and mass-production reliability. The company has also expanded its customer base beyond its deep partnership with NIO, securing new nominations from three major Chinese automakers and one leading Sino-foreign joint venture, with volume production expected to begin by late 2025.

Beyond passenger vehicles, Seyond is rapidly extending its technology into commercial vehicles and robotics fields. It has received mass-production orders from industry leaders such as DeepWay, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile, Inceptio Technology, and Zelos Technology.

As one of the few companies capable of mass-producing both 1,550-nm high-performance and 905-nm cost-efficient LiDAR platforms, Seyond has established a full product lineup spanning high-end to mainstream markets.
