【SMM Aluminium Flash News】Longding Aluminum's Phase II Battery Foil Project Officially Launched

On November 10th, the second phase of Longding Aluminum's battery foil project officially commenced construction. This project represents a significant step for Longding Aluminum to seize opportunities in the new energy market and substantially enhance the production capacity and competitiveness of its core products. The second phase of the project is designed to have an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons and will include six advanced aluminum foil rolling mills and corresponding casting and rolling production lines, focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of high-performance power battery foil. Ji Bingxu, Chairman of Longding Aluminum, stated that the second phase of the battery foil project is a key component of the company's strategic layout. Upon completion, the project will significantly enhance the company's market supply capabilities and core competitiveness, consolidating its market position in the new energy materials sector.
