Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 10, Dongfeng Motor announced the rollout of the 300,000th vehicle from its premium new energy vehicle (NEV) brand VOYAH — the VOYAH Titan — marking a key milestone in the group's ongoing transition toward NEVs and its push to achieve one million NEV sales this year.
Founded in April 2019, VOYAH was the first NEV brand launched under Dongfeng Motor. The company reached its 200,000th vehicle production milestone in April this year and added another 100,000 units in just seven months. From the delivery of its first model, the VOYAH FREE, in August 2021 to the production of the 300,000th vehicle, the brand has achieved this feat in less than four and a half years.
VOYAH's current lineup includes the FREE, Dream, Passion, Courage, and the newly unveiled Titan. The 300,000th vehicle produced was a Titan SUV.
VOYAH recently confirmed that the Titan, its first large six-seat SUV, will officially hit the market on November 18. The model targets China's premium SUV segment priced around 500,000 yuan.
The Titan represents VOYAH's first venture into the luxury flagship SUV category — and marks the first time a state-owned automaker's NEV brand has entered this market niche.
Technically, the Titan is equipped with VOYAH's 800V "LanHai" PHEV-dedicated system. According to company data, the system enables a driving range extension of roughly 450 kilometers after a 10-minute charge. It also features a tri-chamber air suspension system with adjustable height and stiffness, allowing for a smoother ride across varying road conditions.
The SUV also integrates Huawei's ADAS and cockpit technologies, including the Huawei ADS 4.0 assisted driving system and HarmonySpace 5 cockpit — both of which have appeared in previous VOYAH models. With the Titan entering mass production, VOYAH's full value chain for high-end NEVs — spanning batteries, motors, control systems, air suspension, steering, and intelligent driving — has been validated through production. Key partners include CATL for batteries and Huawei for smart systems.
Once launched, the Voyah Titan will join the Passion L sedan and the 2026 Dream MPV to form a "three-flagship" lineup that spans China's three major vehicle categories — sedans, MPVs, and SUVs. This strategy aims to strengthen VOYAH's presence across key market segments while mitigating the risks of relying too heavily on any single model type.
